Plastic injection moulding
The plastic injection moulding department comprises nine modern presses with a minimum tonnage of 60 tons and maximum tonnage of 900 tons that generally operate two shifts per day.
The thermoplastic materials most commonly used by us are PP, PE, ABS, PC, PMMA, PA6-PA66, POM, PS, SAN.
In co-operation with trusted outside companies we are also able to carry out post-moulding procedures such as tampographic and silkscreen printing, painting, chroming, metallizing, pre-assembly, complex assembly, packing and shipping.
For this purpose we have two vehicles for speedy delivery all over the north of Italy, while for shipping further afield and internationally, we use reliable courier services.

Design and construction of moulds
The company’s efficient technical office makes use of the best CAD-CAM solutions currently available (Pro-E Wildfire, Autocad, WorkNC) and an up to date workshop equipped with the best CNC machines (Mazak, Deckel Maho)
.
We produce around 80/100 small and medium moulds a year (maximum dimensions 1600 x 800 mm, maximum weight approx. 4000 kg) for use in various sectors: electrical appliances, automobiles, hobbies, display stands/promotional articles, furnishings, articles for offices, hospitals, electric material, household goods and more.
Single cavity, multiple cavity, cold or hot runner moulds (produced by us or by the best known international companies) with mechanical or hydraulic movements, with hardened dies or servo-assisted gas injection.

Situated in Costamasnaga (Lecco), 30 km north of Milan, Zeta Stampi srl is a company involved in the design/construction of moulds and plastic injection moulding.
Starting from a drawing, a mathematical model, a sample or simply an idea, our more than twenty years experience and the most modern technologies available mean we are able to design and construct the mould most suitable for production of the item in question.
Once the article has been tested and the client’s go-ahead has been received, we are able to produce it directly in our thermoplastic moulding department.
A modern, flexible structure, an excellent quality/price ratio and fast delivery times are the factors that have always distinguished us over all these years, both in the domestic and the international market (USA, Europe, Russia, Pakistan).
