The plastic injection moulding department comprises nine modern presses with a minimum tonnage of 60 tons and maximum tonnage of 900 tons that generally operate two shifts per day.
The thermoplastic materials most commonly used by us are PP, PE, ABS, PC, PMMA, PA6-PA66, POM, PS, SAN.
In co-operation with trusted outside companies we are also able to carry out post-moulding procedures such as tampographic and silkscreen printing, painting, chroming, metallizing, pre-assembly, complex assembly, packing and shipping.
For this purpose we have two vehicles for speedy delivery all over the north of Italy, while for shipping further afield and internationally, we use reliable courier services.
